Kingdom Print

The kingdom of heaven, talked about, imagined, theorised but never seen in all its glory by the living. One of the clearest descriptions of heaven we are given comes in John the elders testimony within the bible. "And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass." Rev 21:18 "And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof." Rev 21:23. 

This artwork is based off of these scriptures and also off of the testimony of more than one NDE (Near Death Experience) survivor. Miraculously despite the age gaps from (toddlers to the elderly), cultural gaps (Vietnamese to African) and variable belief systems (Athiest or Christian) each of them reported witnessing similar to the city described above. Even our own founder had a vision of this city as a child, who had never even read the bible, or seen anything that could even compare, but that is a story for another time. 

This print is called the Kingdom, more fondly known as "Home".
