WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We are an online retailer based in Ireland and the USA and we sell worldwide. We don’t currently sell through shops, retailers or other websites, we will keep you updated on where you can purchase on products as we grow and develop. You can sometimes find us at major Jewellery and Christian events in the UK & USA - details are posted on our Social Media.

 

DO YOU SELL OTHER BRANDS?

No. We only sell products we have sourced from manufactures and our own in house designs which have been carefully crafted with you in mind. We are passionate about design, quality and meaning all at an affordable price. Rest assured, we put our products through the mill to try and test them against an active lifestyle to make sure you only receive the best possible designs.

 

DO YOU OFFER SPONSORSHIP?

We will soon provide advertisements for brand ambassadors as our brand grows however this is not available at this time. We receive a large number of sponsorship and brand ambassador enquiries every day so we hope you will understand that it is not possible for us to respond personally to all of them.

SHOPPING IN A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?

Yes! Click the 'Change Currency' link at the top of our Home page, and you will be shown a selection of currencies from US, GBP, Euro, Canadian dollar, Australian Dollars, Dong, Real or Yen. Currency conversion is provided only as a guide and your order will be billed in Euro (shown when you view your basket). These conversions do not include credit card fees or other charges, and may differ from the exchange rate used by your card provider or PayPal.

 

HOW TO ORDER?

When you have made your selection, choose your preferred size, style and colour and click ‘Add To Cart’. If you are ready to complete your purchase navigate to the Shopping Cart icon near the top menu, and select your preferred Delivery service. Then select ‘Checkout’ to pay via card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, to complete the checkout process.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We will notify you via email with tracking and dispatch information once your order is shipped.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION? WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after an order is placed. If your confirmation does not arrive immediately, please make sure to check your Junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, make sure to double check the email you have provided for any spelling errors.

 

Tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, by going to your selected couriers website and inserting this tracking number you will be able to track the status and location of your order.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A EXCHANGE, REFUND OR RETURN?

We understand that sometimes an item just isn't the right fit, if so, we are happy to help you exchange your item and select a replacement item of equal value. We can only offer a full refund if the item is visibly damaged upon arrival with time stamped documentation, as listed within our T's and C's. We do not offer refunds for any other reasoning. If you have any questions about a possible refund feel free to email us at info@ohdivinejewellery.com.

For Exchanges or Returns send us an email to info@ohdivinejewellery.com to confirm your order status, then simply print the Returns/Exchanges form, fill it in, enclose it with your items and post it to the address listed below.

ERRORS WITH MY ORDER

If there is an error with your order or an item may be missing, please check the order confirmation email and dispatch note sent with your order then email us asap at info@ohdivinejewellery.com

 

SALES AND REDUCED TO CLEAR PURCHASES

All sales are final for discounted or sale items.

 

BLACK FRIDAY AND PROMOTIONAL SALES

Sales made during Black Friday or other promotional sales are final, damaged items are eligible for exchange only. Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a different size or goods to the same value as the purchase price.

CUSTOMS & BREXIT

 

Oh Divine operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any taxes, import duties and customs which may be necessary to release an order from customs.

 

Due to the UK leaving the EU on 1st January 2021 (BREXIT), there have been changes to customs and duty charges for UK customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we recommend you check first with your local tax office to see if any fees will apply.

If the customer does not pay the duty and customs charges and the parcel is 'returned to sender' all shipping charges will deducted from any refund and there will be a €10 handling fee. No refunds can be made until the returned parcel has been received. Please note that parcels that are 'returned to sender' can take up to 3 months to arrive.

We do not cover any fees which may be incurred to return the parcel which may result in it being destroyed by the customs authorities.

Customs, tax and import duty are completely out of our control. By ordering from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

HOW DOES OUR JEWELLERY FIT & SIZING GUIDES?

We offer a detailed description for each individual product and how it fits. Please refer to the items product description for information on its sizing. If it varies, we will make recommendations to size up or down depending on the desired fit. We also provide a size chart image to give you a reference for how the item will look on. Please refer to our overall size guide for more information.

IS OUR JEWELLERY SUITABLE FOR AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE?

Absolutely! All our jewellery has been designed to be as durable and long-lasting as possible with high quality clasps to ensure they remain firmly in place. Although we do not recommend wearing your items to the gym, or during sport for safety reasons we are confident in its ability to withstand most activities, from salty days at the beach to skiing in the alps. We have thoroughly tested our products to ensure they do not tarnish or chip and will remain as good as new no matter how active your lifestyle.

 

COLOURS AND PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS

We have taken great care to ensure that the product photos on our website are as accurate as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your monitor or screen. Customer photos and Social media posts may differ slightly in colour depending on lighting and filters.

 

PRODUCT CARE

It is important to take care of your jewellery and accessories in order to give them the longest life possible!

All of our designs have been thoroughly tested for quality, however we recommend you avoid contact with abrasive items and heavy chemicals as this can damage the metals and materials and potentially cause scratches or discolouration.

Printed items on our products can be damaged by direct heat or heavy chemicals so we advise against wearing any of your purchases in situations where this might apply. Further details can be found in our tab 'Product Care Guidelines'.

 

ECO-FRIENDLY AND SUSTAINABILITY

We are consistently looking for more environmentally friendly ways to produce and package our products. We proudly manufacture all our products in an ethical and eco-friendly way. This is our attempt to lower our environmental footprint and to do our bit.

 

Product Composition: Many of our products are made from recycled metals such as sterling silver and stainless steel. We utilise stainless steel for our larger pieces as a base metal to give you the same look and feel, without a hefty price tag. Our custom designs are made from sterling silver that is 100% recycled, which produces two thirds less CO2 than mined silver.

ECO-FRIENDLY AND SUSTAINABILITY

Our delivery boxes: Our beautiful jewellery boxes are made using Fairtrade and FSC-certified materials. They are 100% recycled and recyclable!

 

Compostable Packaging and labels: Our postage packaging, jewellery cards and labels are made from biodegradable materials which means no waste, unhealthy chemicals or harmful plastics. Simply pop your used packaging in the compost bin or recycle it as usual with the peace of mind it will dissolve.

 

Factories and Suppliers: All our suppliers are committed to upholding safe and fair working conditions. This includes fair wages and working hours for all their workers, preventing child labour and following strict anti-human-trafficking regulations.

 

 

CHARITY AND SPONSORSHIP

Charity Sponsorship: We are proud supporters of the environmental charity Eden reforestation project, this charity works with local communities to restore forests on a massive scale, thereby creating jobs and protecting ecosystems. With over 700 million+ trees already planted, 229 project sites in nine countries, and 10,000+ employees empowered with fair wages, what's not to love?

 

Fun Fact: Mangrove trees can absorb three to four times more carbon per acre than any other trees in tropical rainforests.
