Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Shopify Inc. has their own terms of service which can be found on their homepage.

PRODUCTS
We have made extensive efforts to accurately display the materials and colours in the marketing images of our products and the display images that appear in our online store. We cannot guarantee that your specific monitor's display will depict the colours accurately as each screens lcd display varies, as well as mobile phone displays.
All measurements and sizing of items are approximate, and we have provided size charts and photo examples to help you better estimate your size. If you have any issue finding your size or figuring out what would work best for you or as a gift do not hesitate to email us at info@ohdivinejewellery.com and we will get back to you asap. We cannot guarantee that items pictured will be will be an exact match in colour, due to the basic nature of gemstones and semi-precious stones there will always be slight variations in colour on a stone by stone basis. If there are specific qualities you desire in your piece feel free to leave a note with your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products to any persons or geographic region, we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products that we offer at any one time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited. All descriptions of products or product pricings are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion.
We do not warrant that the services, information, quality of any products, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. All our items are sold on the basis that they are suitable for sensible domestic and non domestic use.
BILLING AND PURCHASE INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you may place with us for any given reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel certain quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT CONTROL
If you ‘tag’ or 'share' a post with any of our promoted hashtags or our company name, you agree to Oh Divine using, copying, editing, modifying, displaying or reposting this participation across Oh Divines digital properties. We may A. Use the post for commercial purposes such as marketing, advertising or publicity B. Use your name, image, likeness or username in connection with the post you shared. C. This content may be used on any given social media site such as Instagram, Facebook, or our website.
DISCOUNT CODES
Oh Divine Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion. Only one discount code per order two codes can not be used in conjunction. The discounts 'valid until' date will be specified, gift vouchers expire within two years of purchase. Discount codes are subject to stock availability. Discounts will not be applied to items that are already on sale.
GOVERNING LAWS
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements, whereby we provide you service shall be governed by and provided in accordance with Irish Law.

COMPETITIONS & GIVEAWAYS
These T&C's apply to all competitions hosted by Oh Divine Jewellery.
- Oh Divine Jewellery competitions are operated solely by Oh Divine Jewellery TM. Registration No. 713958
- By entering a competition, the entrant has indicated his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Competitions are open worldwide except for employees of Oh Divine Jewellery TM, their close relatives or anyone else directly connected with our organisation or the competition hosting.
- Closing date for entries will be detailed in the competition post. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
- Multiple entries are acceptable unless specifically prohibited.
- No entry fee or monies will ever be requested to enter our competitions. If anyone attempts to host a competition in our name and or requests monies to participate we recommend you notify us immediately in order for us to resolve the issue. Do not ever provide your personal details or send monies to anyone impersonating our brand or claiming they are affiliated with our brand. All competitions are hosted solely by us and entry requirements or affiliates will be listed in the description on one of our official platforms.
- Oh Divine Jewellery TM reserves the right to cancel or amend any competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the host.
