Returns & Refunds

RETURNS 

We hope you are delighted with your new purchase, but if you are not, you can exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products returned are in perfect condition, unworn and unaltered. Items with any scuffs, scratches and markings and will not be accepted. If your item arrived with any damage please email us within 24hrs of receipt of said item and we will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item - either the order number or the name and address of the purchaser. All purchases made in December are eligible for extended holiday returns until 10th January.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative item please fill out the exchange section of our downloadable returns form and return the page with the item. Once we receive your items, we will dispatch your exchange within the week.

If you would like a refund, please fill out the refund section of our downloadable returns form below stating the reason for your request and return the page with the item. Refunds will be credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to show up on your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For international returns/exchanges please complete any customs arrangements and write on the label:

 

RETURNED GOODS: All Tax and Duty Paid, IE.

 

Oh Divine Jewellery will not be responsible for any customs or duty payments incurred during transit and will refuse any returns that incur a duty charge because the package was not labelled correctly.

If a customer refuses to pay customs or duty and the parcel is returned all shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note that 'reduced to clear', outlet and sale purchases are not eligible for refunds, all sales are final.

 

BLACK FRIDAY SALES

Please note that all Black Friday purchases are exchangeable but not refundable. Exchanges can be made for any product of the same value or alternatively for a store credit voucher, items must be returned in pristine condition, any items that are damaged after they were received will not be accepted.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please send your returns by trackable service and retain proof of postage as we do not claim responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.

We post out the first exchange free of charge, however any further exchanges would be liable for shipping costs.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are not eligible for refund. Items purchased using a gift card can be exchanged. Gift cards will expire after 5 years in accordance with Irish law.

 

POP UP SHOPS

We do not accept refunds for purchases made from pop up shops but we do accept an exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Postage charges may apply. Without a receipt we are unable to offer an exchange.

 

FAULT IN PRODUCT

In the rare instances our customers receive a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to help resolve the issue. Manufacturing faults can happen and occasionally goods slip through our Quality Control procedures.

In the unfortunate event your purchase shows visible signs of damage on arrival, do not hesitate to contact us via email to info@ohdivinejewellery.com along with a photograph of it the day of arrival and description of the fault so we can investigate further.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund of their goods if they turn out to be faulty, simply notify us within 48 hours of you receiving your order and once confirmed you will have up to 30 days to select a replacement of equal value.

Items damaged due to excessive or long term use or damaged due to incorrect care are not considered to be faulty. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. We will not refund items that are damaged due to force, wear or incorrect sizing.
